Each organisation has its own username and password (see
About this prototype for exactly what this does and does not
provide). The first, bootstrap organisation's credentials were printed to the console when this app
was first started, or set via the HCM_DEMO_USERNAME/HCM_DEMO_PASSWORD
environment variables -- every organisation after that one is created by an operator running
